Division I Team

There is some thought that recent board actions require that a division hold a separate Division I team qualifier, I don’t know, however if any of the above teams had three members eligible to fencing in a Div I NAC (Age appropriate and a C or higher ranking) they would have qualified for the Div I Team. I was not given registration information that answers this question.
