I. INSTALLATION

In Windows Explorer, double-click on the ScorePadApp.prc file, then
press Done.  Put your Palm or Visor PDA in its cradle and press the
HotSync button to install the program.

II. USING SCORE PAD

From the Main category, tap the Score Pad icon.

1. To set an initial time on the timer, tap the 1:00, 3:00, 4:00, or 10:00 button.
2. To start or stop the timer, press one of the Scroll keys along the bottom of your PDA.
3. To advance the score, tap the + button on the left or right side.  The - button decreases the score.
4. To keep track of what period the bout is in, tap the 1, 2, or 3 button.
5. To record a yellow card, tap the Yellow button on the left or right side.
6. To randomly determine priority, tap Coin Toss.  To record priority from a real coin toss, tap the left or right Priority button.
7. To clear Score Pad, tap the Menu icon at the lower left corner and tap Clear.

III. LICENSE AGREEMENT

By copying or using Score Pad, you indicate your agreement to the terms
of this license.  If you do not agree to the terms herein, you are not
authorized to copy or use Score Pad.

The Score Pad program, including any images, animations, sounds, and text
incorporated in it, is owned by Eric Schlaepfer and is protected by the
United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Except
to the extent expressly licensed herein,  all rights are reserved to
Eric Schlaepfer.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
Score Pad.

This license gives you the right to use and copy Score Pad for your
personal use.

This license gives you the right to distribute Score Pad as is for
FREE. This means that you must tribute Score Pad in its original
unmodified form along with the Readme.txt which includes this license.

If you plan to charge any fee for distribution of Score Pad, or if
you plan to include Score Pad as part of a non free package, disk or
CD-ROM you must first obtain an authorization from Eric Schlaepfer:

Limited Warranty and Limitation of remedies:
NO WARRANTIES.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Eric
Schlaepfer expressly disclaims any warranty for Score Pad.
